Toy Factory

Toy Factory Building Toy FactoryThe Toy Factory Lofts is a historical building that is located east of downtown Los Angeles in the Art District. It is a lower cost option for people looking to buy or rent in the historical Art District.

The building was originally built in 1924, and 50 years later, in 1974, was sold to a toy company called Ace Novelty. In 2002, it was sold again to Linear City LLC, who turned it into a live-work loft building.

The building is closest to Little Tokyo, and the LA produce market on 7th st. It is also across the street from the Biscuit Company Lofts.

The Toy Factory sport true loft living. The lofts are gigantic spaces. Many artist have use these open spaces to create “artistic” lofts, including “Little Paris.” Some features of the interior include high ceilings, sandblasted concrete, stainless steel appliances, oversized baths, and Grohe fixtures.

Some amenities of the building include a roof top pool with amazing views of downtown, and two landscape gardens.
