The Toy Factory Lofts is a historical building that is located east of downtown Los Angeles in the Art District. It is a lower cost option for people looking to buy or rent in the historical Art District.
The building was originally built in 1924, and 50 years later, in 1974, was sold to a toy company called Ace Novelty. In 2002, it was sold again to Linear City LLC, who turned it into a live-work loft building.
The building is closest to Little Tokyo, and the LA produce market on 7th st. It is also across the street from the Biscuit Company Lofts.
The Toy Factory sport true loft living. The lofts are gigantic spaces.
