They Skylofts is on the northern-eastern side of South Park, right next to the Fashion Institute Design Merchandise.

The building is located beneath Historic Core, and on the right end of the Financial District, putting the building close to the heart of downtown. This gives people who live in the Skylofts access to many restaurants and nightly events that take place.
