If you want good location near the Jewelry District in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, then you may want to consider re-locating to SB Grand.

Although it is not the fanciest of buildings, it is very inexpensive relative to other buildings, and is very well located. It has some fine amenities and features on the roof top including a pool, jacuzzi, a patio, and a nice view of buildings in downtown Los Angeles and perishing square.

The rooms have high ceilings, huge windows, and a large bathtub.

The laundry room is in the basement, so you will have to go down there to get your laundry done if your unit does not come with washer or dryer and you don’t buy one.

There are some convenient stores near by. When you go downstairs, there is a 7-Eleven at the bottom corner and a restaurant that sells tacos.

Broadway Street and the Jewelry District is right next to this building, as well as the metro, so you can use public transportation to get to places in Los Angeles.
