The Promenade Residence is a hotel-style condo building that is located in the outskirts of downtown in Bunker Hill. It is one of the oldest original “condo” buildings in downtown, built in 1980.

It is located right next to the Disney Concert Hall and the Music Center. It is also right next to Promenade Plaza, which includes Subway, Frozen Yogurt Shop, Downtown Massage, and Financial Credit Union.

The Promenade features one of the most beautiful lobbies, consisting of chandeliers, couches, paintings, and a piano. When you pull into the front driveway of the Promenade, you can see some of the fine architectural work that was put into this building in 1980, including a water fountain and a gold lettered address.

The condos are apartment-style. Some features of the condos include, granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and carpet. The units also feature balconies, where you get a view of the San Gabrial Mountains to North, LA skyline to the South, or Hollywood hills and the “Hollywood” sign to the west.

Some amenities of the building include a gym, pool, hot tub and sauna.
