The Library Hall Lofts is located in Old Town Pasadena, west of Madison Heights.

The building differs from many other condos in Pasadena because it is loft-style, similar to New York or Downtown Los Angeles, and downtown Los Angeles, rather than condo, apartment or townhouse style that you would see in Pasadena.

One benefit of these lofts is that they are both live and work, so you can have your “official office” their while also living their.

It is named “Library Hall”, because it was the “Pasadena Library” in 1886 before they turned it into lofts.

Some inner features of the building includes a big tower, and a lounge area with tables and chairs.

Every loft was created with a specific design. Some similar features of each loft includes, 14 foot ceilings with sprinkler system, central air conditioning,  washer/dryer that is stacked, and cabinetry.
