Vero

Vero Building Vero Vero is a condo building on the very west side of downtown Los Angeles. It a little bit outside of the central buildings, and is the closest downtown building to the Hollywood areas.

Vero is a sort of place that you may want to live if you want to have proximity to downtown, yet want some seclusion when you go home because of it’s quiet nature inside.

The building is black and sleet. At night, you can see white lights coming out it.

One prime asset of 1100 Wilshire is its view. It stretches from Catalina to Echo Park Lake. It is absolutely breathtaking and a major reason why many people believe that 1100 Wilshire is so nice.

The residence starts out on the 17th floor, and goes up to 37th floor. Every resident has an unobstructed view of Los Angeles. Some people have the downtown view, others have the Staples Center/Catalina view, while others have the Hollywood Hills view. Some very lucky people who own 2 to 3 bedroom corners have a 270 degree view of the city.

The balcony on the 17th floor has a Jacuzzi and pool. It’s open to all residents and has the most stunning view of all. There are many parties thrown on the balcony.

It is very cozy indoors. There is carpet in the bedrooms, and granite counters in the kitchen.

The security is top notch at 1100. There is a security guard in the lobby that will let people up only when authorized by the resident.

Many TV shows have been videotaped at 1100 Wilshire including CSI Miami.

There also is a business center, gym, and media room.

This building is commercially zoned, so if you own a business, you can run it out of the condominium.
